To collect their money, your recipient must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. This is a strict requirement to keep both you and your money safe.
If your recipient’s ID is expired, they will need to use another ID like a passport.
Note: For security purposes, Customer Service can only assist senders. If your recipient is unable to pick up the money, you will need to get in touch with us.
