You can set your card PIN during the activation process of your plastic Paysend card:

1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to 'Cards';
3. Choose 'Plastic';
4. Press ‘Activate card’ and follow the instructions.

You will be able to change your PIN any time by following the instructions below:

1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to 'Cards';
3. Choose 'Plastic';
4. Press ‘Change PIN’.

Before using your card in offline stores, you will need to sync your new PIN with your card. To do so, insert your plastic card into an ATM and check the balance or make a withdrawal.
