Paysend Cards & Accounts is no longer available to customers in the UK and EEA countries who registered with Paysend on or after 8 June, 2023.

The following information applies only to customers who registered before 8 June, 2023.

At the moment, ordering a plastic Paysend card can only be done via the Paysend app. To order the card:

1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to the ‘Cards’ section:
a. If you don’t have a virtual Paysend card, press 'Get Paysend card' and choose 'Plastic';
b. If you have a virtual Paysend card, press 'Get plastic card'.
3. Check the delivery address copied from your ‘Profile’. If necessary, update your address by editing the autocompleted fields or choose another country and type in your new residential address;
4. Press 'Continue';
5. Double-check your delivery address - it needs to be full, correct and residential;
6. Press 'Confirm';
7. Select a delivery method and press 'Order card'.

Depending on the delivery address, the delivery usually takes:

- 3-4 business days in the UK.
- 5-7 business days within the EEA.

Standard card delivery costs:

- UK - 4.99 GBP;
- EEA countries - 5.99 EUR (or equivalent in your base currency).

After delivery, you will need to activate the card in the app:

1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to the ‘Cards’ section;
3. Choose ‘Plastic’;
4. Press ‘Activate card’;
5. Enter the last four digits of the card number to set up the PIN and activate the card.
