If you choose to have cash delivered to a recipient's home in Vietnam, here's what your recipient needs to do:

Wait for the call:
- Expect a call from a Vietcombank representative
- This could be on the same day the transfer is made or the following day, between 10:30 and 11:30 AM

Schedule the delivery:
- Choose a delivery date and time that works best. Before the delivery, the courier will call to confirm the appointment.

Prepare to receive:
- Have an ID card or passport ready to show the courier to collect the cash

Please note: Delivery times vary depending on the location. It can take 6-12 hours for urban areas and 12-36 hours in rural areas.
