If the receiving bank/provider rejects the transfer, Paysend will immediately initiate a refund. However, the refund processing time depends very much on the payment method and the sender's bank.

Most people receive their refund within 1 business day.

Refunds to bank cards
If your transfer was paid with a bank card, it could take up to 3 business days to receive a refund (for the USA and Canada it is 3-5 business days). Please note that holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

Refunds to bank accounts
Refund timeframes for bank accounts might vary, depending on the sending country and method. Typically, it is up to 3 business days.

- The phone number you provided when you registered, including the country code;
- Your first and last name;
- Your email address;
- The ID number of the transaction in question.
