Your recipient will have 14 days to accept their first payment with Paysend Libre before it is automatically returned to you. The same applies if they receive a payment that requires us to verify their ID (eg because it is a second payment, or a first payment over USD 150 or equivalent). If they don’t verify their ID within 14 days, the payment is automatically returned to you.

If a recipient has already received a Paysend Libre payment and has verified their ID with us, they don’t need to accept each subsequent payment. Their Paysend virtual Mastercard will be credited automatically.
