Transfer history

To access your transfers, simply head over to the Transfers section.
Transfers happen in real-time but they still move through several steps. You can see these statuses in the Paysend app when you tap into a transfer, and then choose ‘View status details. You’ll see your payment move quickly through the following statuses:
- Transfer Booked - indicates the request is recorded in the system
- Payment Received - transfer has been successfully funded and ready to be sent
- Payment Processed - the transfer request has been successful and will be sent
- Money sent - funds are with your recipient, ready for them to access
If something went wrong with your payment - for example, the process was disrupted or funding declined - you will see the status ‘Payment failed’.
You can also Repeat the transfer to the same recipient.
If you want to give your transfer a new name or get a PDF receipt, just click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose from the options available.
