Here's what to do if you're having trouble receiving your OTP via SMS:

3. Avoid VOIP Numbers:
Ensure you're using a regular mobile number and not a virtual VOIP number, as these do not receive Paysend OTP messages.

- Wait a Little: If you didn't get your code, wait for 45 seconds and then try requesting a new one through the website by clicking on ‘Resend the code’ or in the app by tapping ‘Didn’t get the code?’ -> ’Resend code’.
- Toggle Airplane Mode: This would let system refresh and resolve minor network issues. Alternatively, you can reboot your mobile device.
- Issues Abroad: If you're traveling outside your home country, you may experience disruptions in receiving SMS. Please check with your mobile operator to ensure you can receive messages while abroad. Remember, receiving SMS while roaming may lead to additional charges from your operator.
